"I’ve never had such a positive experience at a dentist, as I’ve had at Midwest Dental! Julie. Carla, Dana, and Teresa, all make you feel like such a valued patient! I’m always very nervous before I go to a dentist, but here, not so much. The only suggestion I have, is to “Hire” an emotional support dog! I can’t think of a better industry to help support nervous patients, than a puppy!❤️"

"This would have been 5 stars but ...... At first I didn't like it, I felt you were very unprofessional and unorganized, because when I got there I stood by the front desk for awhile and could hear staff chattering and laughing I stood there 10 minutes and another patient sitting there said they were on lunch break. I had messed up my back and standing is very painful so I was really pissed. I understand they are on break but someone could have stepped out and acknowledged me and got me started on paper work. Where I work we would never leave someone just standing there waiting. It takes a minute to say "I am sorry to keep you waiting, staff is on lunch break, at the moment please have a seat and why dont we get started on this paperwork and we will be with you shortly". As an office manager, bookkeeper and advertising agent, I would never let that fly. That was very wrong and very unprofessional!!! I was told to be early to fill out paperwork. But..... Then I met the hygienist or assistant and she was so nice and so was the dentist, they made me very comfortable and were understanding and so sweet. They were wonderful and made my experience so much better and it's because of them that I would recommend you to others."
