"I've giving this place MANY true. I walk in order a pizza, (ordered with lite sauce) was asked if I was waiting or coming back, said I'd just wait. Told 20 minutes and it's be ready. I pay for my pizza, and drink. Walk back in 20 minutes later and they have not made it yet, was told they were working on it. The workers in the kitchen seemed more content on chatting with their friends that were in store than anything else. Get home and the pizza dis not have lite sauce. Let's just say, here on out I'll drive to another town. Will not be coming back to this Casey's. Sad workmanship, and very poor customer service."
"Little kids running a store, no manager is ever availble. Not trained well at all. I asked to speak to a higher representative, I was told “she is sleeping.” They didn’t know how to honor a coupon. Train your kids better.. you’d make more sales. I will be talking to corporate."
