You are not just a number there. You are cared for. I also loved being able to watch the birds out the windows. It was a beautiful atmosphere!"

"What a dentistry office should be. I've had less than optimal experiences at other dentistry offices. McDonald's family dentistry surprises and ultimately resets the standard of what the experience should be. From very clear communication to friendly and personable staff, this place is the go-to. At no point was I just a number, nor did it feel like I was a point of inconvenience for the staff. I was treated/greeted warmly, and again, no interaction was less than the best. Regan(?) greeted me when I arrived, and the wait time was less than five minutes. The office has complimentary refreshments and tablets for paperwork. Alexa(?) performed most of the cleaning, inspections, and technical work. She explained what was happening at every step and showed me the x-rays/photos throughout the process. She was down to earth, realistic, and a teacher. I can not emphasize enough about how these people actually seemed to care about the client. The dentist was more of the same. He provided expert level consultation, gave a fantastic personalized experience, and demonstrated considerable care. The office was immaculately clean, and there is a nice window with wildlife to watch at birdfeeders while you wait. I seriously tried to find a con for this review. But, it's very difficult. I enjoy my teeth. It's no fun if they break or wear. It's nice having people *help* rather than lecture, degrade/belittle, or judge. This place strives for excellence. See for yourself."

"DR. Mc Donald is just a really great person. He just also happens to be one of the BEST Dentist I have ever had the good fortune to work with. He is one of the very best!! I would not recommend my family or friends to anyone but this office. Friendly staff, and I had a thorough and a very gentle tooth cleaning. My hygienist was great. I wish I remembered her name, because I give her a 10!!! My teeth feel really clean and it was a pleasant visit because of her."
