"Really good pizza! We got the New Yorker Sicilian and it was amazing- half order was 6 thick slices it was perfect. The cheese sticks were phenomenal! Had a great crisp crunch towards the crust. Service was so friendly! We will definitely be back!"

"Ordered for delivery, no warning with door dash. Pizza was $20 and by the time you order and pay before given total you are paying a few extra fees. Total for 1/2 Sicilian was $32. Ordered with all thr meats pepperoni, beef, sausage, ham and bacon that were hardly, if even on the pizza or matched photos. When I called was placed on hold and after 9 minutes hung up and called back to make sure they had my apt. #."

"A friend recommended this place. We stopped by for dinner in the evening. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. There was a gentleman tossing pizza by hand to the left while we ordered. It's interesting seeing people still doing it the old fashioned way with style. There's plenty of open seating and room for your guests. The appetizers came out quickly, and the pizza came out shortly after that. The crust was crispy and thin as advertised. It tasted great and wasn't messy. All three of my guests orders were correct and I was happy with their meal. The restaurant and drink station were very clean. We did not see any messes left on tables or other guests that weren't cleaned up after. The staff had stopped by a couple of times to ask us how things tasted and pick up some of our empty plates. Great service. This is my first time visiting this area and my first time coming to this location. If you're in the mood for a great pizza stop by!"

"What used to be one of the most sought after NY style pizzerias in Omaha, has settled for mediocrity at best. Prior to, ordering and receiving the garlic knots was a positive experience in itself. They were buttery, light, crispy and delicious. What we got tonight was pale, dense and flavorless. After asking the staff to remake them they came out the exact same. We didn’t eat them. With hope still left for the pizza, we were sadly met with yet another disappointment. The pizza that came straight out of the oven (we dined in) was extremely soggy on the bottom, the pizza only had pepperoni on one side so there is no justification to blame the toppings for the soggy bottom. The crust was flavorless and not crunchy. When we asked the staff initially to make our pizza crispy they informed us they were not allowed to, and even threatened with termination if they did. To conclude, it seems Frank’s pizzeria has lost their soul and purpose behind making great NY styled pizza and has unfortunately lost us as customers."
