Sounds more like people not wanting to work, not busy. Plus the employees are very rude. Garbage, I'd rather let my teeth rot out of my skull then go here."
"I brought my mom to her appointment yesterday while the All Care team was transitioning to Epic. Many patients were not at all patient with the receptionists and registration clerks. The employees at the front desk handled the negativity and anger spewed at them with the utmost professionalism. The psychiatrist that my mom sees there was such a kind and patient doctor. She treated my mom with dignity and respect, listened to all of our concerns and took what we had to say into account. Great work, All Care!"
