"Scheduled appointments for my wife, son and myself more than a month ago at this location via phone. Showed up this morning and they had no record of my son and wife’s appointment. They only had mine for tomorrow, offered a dismal apology but no offer of another appointment or anything. Luckily I was already off work for the day, or this would have been a huge inconvenience and waste of our time. Which inevitably was anyway. They seemed very preoccupied but weren’t busy. Only two people in the waiting area. I’ll take my federal dental insurance elsewhere to a practice that appreciates the money."
