"They put 2 crowns on and both of them left me in pain and after going back twice for adjustments still left me in pain then my next appointment the dentist I had an appointment with was a no show ,,they didn't let me know until a strange guy walked in the room and said he would be my dentist for the day and all he did was make recommendations for what he would do but didn't do anything that day but they charged me for it and set me up with another appointment so I quit going there and seen two other different dentists and they both said that the root canals were not done properly and the crowns were too tall which caused damage to the teeth above them to the extent that I had to have one pulled and the other repaired and both of the crown teeth they did removed.. my experience with them was a very painful expensive waste of money and time"

"They were great for over a decade, but now something has changed. Got a surprise added bill of over $700 on top of $900 out of pocket. Been there twice to discuss the bill. Not overdue. They just cancelled my appointment for a broken tooth/filling, citing the $700. Again, not overdue. I said, "You're holding me hostage over a bill" and she said, flat out "yes.""
