"I got hurt back in December, this place has zero communication skills. They barely answer my calls, they claim to send you half of what you make but its not true, and to top it off they send a check through mail which 6/10 I dont get and have to ask them to send it again. They always acknowledge they didnt sent it in the first place everytime. Im being rushed by my job to get back to work and its fustrating cause these ppl refuse to answer a phone unless its certain days. Edit: If I could give it zero stars I would, they're upset because after a year and delay of treatment theres still not a exact diagnosis and had the audacity to send a low ball 10,000 offer to settle. This place is beyond disrespectful."

"I've never dealt with a worst insurance adjuster like Alex West. These people don't want to pay anything. It's almost certain if you have a serious claim lawyer up. We didn't have a major claim but they denied minor stuff which was part of the accident. After looking at the reviews this company is already on a downward trajectory. I couldn't even get the check overnighted which is absurd. I have to wait 7 days in standard mail which means waiting to get my vehicle repaired. I thought highly of Great West but after going through the claims department its terrible company. The best commercial insurance company is Progressive even with higher rates."

"Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They insured a gas station that put diesel fuel in the unleaded tanks. Unfortunately, I stopped at this gas station and filled up my car. My car quit running properly a few miles down the road in the middle of nowhere. Not only did this experience ruin my 5 year old's birthday and our family vacation, claims adjuster Holly Meyer made it feel like it was my fault that I filled up with the wrong gas. Diesel fuel nozzles do not fit in unleaded gas tanks! You will most likely need to take them to court to get anything out of them."

"Terry Phelps - The worst customer service experience. Great West refused to cover a loss, although the unit was insured. When asked to re-open the claim, adjuster asked me to call Terry Phelps. That was the most ridiculous customer service experience. Terry wouldn't let me talk, and said that he doesn't have to listed to me. He suggested to hire a lawyer if i have to say something. Chewing on the phone while talking, and saying things that are not correct, without giving me an option to say a thing. Hand up on me. When I called Great West again, to ask for a manager/supervisor to report this incident- they said there is no one above Terry. Very sorry for this company then."
