"I came in to purchase hot tub supplies. Some of the items I needed were on order. Ashley and Sephanie said they would honor the sale price when I returned from my trip. I really appreciated that since I was going to be gone until after the sale ends on March 31st. They were also very helpful in ordering a filter for my tub. "2/8/24. Splash installed our fiberglass pool in Aug 2022. They knew it had spiderweb cracks in the floor of the pool but never told us. We found out when the pool manufacturerer contacted us 15 months after the installation. It still is not repaired. Our concrete deck is bowed so the auto cover will not close all the way. They spilled concrete on the fiberglass when installing the concrete collar and have yet to fix that. I do not want this to happen to someone else I would not recommend Splash. Very disappointed in Splash! They scheduled our pool opening for May 6th. Started but didn’t finish. Said they would be out the next week to finish but didn’t show. Then scheduled to come out on May24, no show. Then Splash said they would come on May 25 and then May 26. Again no show. This is horrible customer service."

"We bought a hot tub from Splash at the end of August, was delivered in early October and we are beyond impressed! We first met with Taylor and Ashley, both are super great and helpful. We were able to do a “wet test” to figure out exactly what we were looking for and Ashley was so patient with us. The wet test was essential to find the right tub. We were able to sit in FOUR hot tubs (which was not offered at any other hot tub business). I thought I wanted a certain one but once I sat in it I immediately knew it wasn’t right for me. We ended up purchasing the Marquis Epic tub and we are in LOVE! We cannot say enough good things about Splash, Ashley, and Taylor - they are all there to help you find what works perfect for you, no pressure just lots of support and kindness. Thank you for the great buying experience and thank you for answering all my crazy questions - I’m sure there are more to come!!"
