"I had 2 tooth implants and several fillings. He put 1 filling across 2 teeth which fell out within weeks. The first implant fell out several months later (after he finally got it in 4 tries later and a punctured sinus). The 2nd implant recently fell off leaving a screw protruding from my jaw. They refuse to refund or make it right. I'm out about $7000.000. The new owner said she can't afford to make it right due to the amount of patients returning for help after faulty work. She advised I should simply leave it as a screw protruding or pay more money to a surgeon to "do it right with real implants ". She also said they have lost many good hygenists due to fear of the mentality of the original owner. She finally agreed to let me pay for a new crown and said theyd call later that week but they never did. Definitely do NOT waste your money here! Im working with a malpractice attorney as they stole THOUSANDS of dollars from me **Update ** After posting this review I was contacted by Dr. Le on her personal phone to say she hadn't forgotten about me. She was cleaning up the office and found some rubber caps in a drawer somewhere that I could have (at no charge even) to make the protruding screw not cut my cheeks and tongue anymore. She then, of course, mentioned how damaging my review was and asked me to remove it. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to save 50 cents on rubber caps but she hit me with a $166 bill for the xrays she took of the damage they did to me. Now, my yearly dental benefit with insurance is being used up on this lingering mistake and thats just that much less I'll have to fix everything they're refusing."
