"Went there on a Saturday at about 2am and I waited in the line (drive thru) for about 45 minutes. Then I get up to the speaker and they try to tell me we are not taking orders now. No way I said " I will wait right here till you do start again" all of a sudden they are so ready to take my order and the 50 cars behind me. If you can not handle the crowd hire more people and close early. Do go on Friday and Saturday you would be lucky to get something after staying in line for a long time."

"Ordered food at 8:00PM last night. Was set to pick up at 8:30. Arrived at 8:35 and my food was not ready. 8:45 food “just came up”…. 9:05 food was given to someone else…. They didn’t check anyone’s information, order numbers nothing. I watched 10+ door dashers show up. And watched 3 walk away and one drive away. They all sat and waited for 20+ minutes. Do not go here. The one on 72nd is so much better."
"I was door dashing, so that's what prompted this specific visit. However, I will say the drive-thru line, although long as ever (bc lobby was already closed), moved surprisingly quick. The staff member working the window tried giving me the wrong order 2X, but hey, 3rd times a charm, right!? The only complaints I have food wise is they need more cheese, less lettuce on the tacos, and why can't someone please find a way to prevent hard shell tacos from getting soggy and wet! Aside from that, not too bad for a late night, post bar night!!"
