"Last night on 30th and Ames Omaha was very disrespectful both managers the head manager the supervisor both of them were disrespectful very loud asking for marijuana on 30th and Ames in Omaha Nebraska and when I waited 45 minutes for some food it was unfresh and then I was told I bet you I didn't cook on Christmas and I cooked a whole dinner then they're asking for marijuana the two had one of the bosses asking for marijuana"
"Came inside cuz of the Ling line in drive thru all I wanted was mozzarella sticks and I'm waiting total of 30 minutes that's from when I walked in the store and I'm still waiting more then likely I won't be back to this location and then I was given mozzarella sticks that was all ready cooked for a different order that never got sent out I heard the convention between the Cook and the lady in front sad that people are treated this way"
"The manager and crew made my day! they kept on dancing and singing while preparing orders and dealing with the lunch rush and some incredibly challenging customers...(tip: if your response when a fast food order isn't correct- is to scream profanities and threaten violence ...it's probably wise to bring your lunch to work - ) However this crew handled that customer with 5 star service 5 star attitudes and dance moves!"
"The food is always good at this location and most of the people are very nice that work there but there is one young lady that obviously hates her job and takes it out on every customer that she interacts with. I dread the days I pull up to the drive thru and have to deal with her she is just pure nasty. Everyone else though extremely nice and very professional. There are some mornings where I guess they partied to hard the night before and are late for work so they don't open until an hour late which sucks because when I'm omw to work and I want to stop for breakfast I have to go out of my way to stop at another location."
