"Considering I'm like the fifth person to say this, I do not understand how this person works there still. The big woman with colored hair is UNBELIEVABLY rude to customers. My husband came in tonight and she greeted him by complaining that he was interrupting her smoke break. She's consistently rude to people, no matter how nice you are, and has the WORST customer service I've ever seen. The only reason I go there anymore is because it's the only thing open past 10:30pm. The food is decent though."
"Walked into the Caseys in Missouri valley and received no greeting. The restroom was disgusting, with no paper towels. Walls, sink, and toilet looked as though had been cleaned for days. Cigarette butts and broken toilet pieces on the floor."
"This place is a disgrace. Explain to me how stupid you have the to be Tell this to realize a little bit stuff is majorly undercooked. The cheese sticks were literally raw dough. This is the worst Casey's I've ever been to in my life. Before you leave make sure your order is done. This is completely unacceptable and the can't believe the manager let's this happen."
"The lady who works there with multi-colored hair is extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I have been a loyal customer of this particular Casey's for 8 years now, and sometimes visit more than once a day. I will NOT give this location any more of my business after being treated this way yet again by her. I am very disappointed ."
"Gotta love the feeling of seeing a Casey's in the distance .knowing you will have a delicious slice of pizza waiting for you in the warmer and getting a fountain soda to go along with it ..I never had a bad time at Casey's general store ..and I will continue to stop at them in any city I see one ..keep up the hard work Casey's . clean restrooms are a plus too.only thing that could be better are shorter lines"
