"Great local coffee shop with a full food menu. The food was perfect for a light Saturday lunch. The coffee drink was nicely prepared and delicious. I'd be there every day if I didn't live 124 miles away. Thanks to John and Karen for establishing a gem in your community."

"Just grabbed morning coffee on the way to work with a group of 5. Friendly quick service and really good coffee. Check out the WWII Mocha and the 3rd Rail with dark roast."

"We came in for morning coffee, we both got iced latte's which were delicious and very fairly priced. I also got a sugar cookie which was adorable and they told me they do all their baking in house which is wonderful. I definitely recommend the Grand Central."

"Terrible customer service! Many times that I have ordered the order is always wrong. This will be the LAST time I order from here. So disappointing. Ordered a Veggie breakfast wrap. I SPECIFIED No meat, egg OR cheese. Can't eat these ingredients for health reasons. They added cheese to the wrap. Called to see if they would do something about it and they said they couldn't. Lisa from the East shop is who took our order and refused to do a refund or exchange. We almost spent $100 on this order because it was a group of co workers who were ordering and they refused to do anything about it. 3 out of the 9 orders were wrong. The only time I have gotten my order right is when the owner is there. We kept trying to give the staff second chances but unfortunately we will not be ordering again! If you will be rude about doing your job maybe is time to find a new one."

"Took a long time to order, and took a long time to get my salad. I paid $14 for a small salad and a bottle of pop. I could buy the same size of salad and a drink from Wal-Mart for $4. Only reason for 2 stars is the salad did taste good, but still not worth the money. Edit to response: I didn't get chicken on my salad."
