"Waited 2 hours for our food. Waitress took orders of party’s that came in after us, first. Most tables were waiting for food orders and also had empty drinks. Frustration was obvious at other tables. Owner came in as a patron and didn’t pay attention. Hash browns on our order were burnt black on one side. Mentioned to waitress who mentioned to owner, but nobody cared. Not to mention the bad acoustics there. Not worth going back."
