When the staff member came up to the window, she said...these two people are going to be my last people for the night...sorry. When she said that, she was pointing to the two people in line before us. We couldn't believe she would refuse waiting on us when it was 15 minutes before closing time. How many other people were turned away after us? So disappointed!"
