"I am certainly a Scooters fanatic, and this is my usual location. Depending on the day, the drinks and food are well-prepared and staff is polite. On occasion drinks are made wrong, the food is cold, and the staff are too preoccupied talking to do anything other than hand you your order. Overall, I would definitely visit, but just be prepared for a hit-or-miss (usually hit!) experience."

"Had ordered a iced matcha with cold foam and for some reason when I had arrived to the speaker, the girl sounded upset and rushed me to order and it was only 6:50pm and they were going to close at 8pm. She didn’t mix my drink well, I had a chunk of idk what kind of powder whether it was sugar or the matcha but it was unpleasant just knowing that she could’ve mixed it better. I usually love coming to scooters and I usually go during breakfast time but I had just stopped going after this incident."
"I enjoy the coffee as does my fiancé but there’s 1 person that could be a lot nicer when we go through. She’s fairly rude whenever my fiancé orders."
"It was our first time with Scooters. It was amazing. We got two large carmelious blenders with extra espresso shot and extra caramel, two Carmel muffins and two cake pops. Blender was perfect. The muffins were so tasty and served hot which made it that much better. Cake pops weren't what we expected. Seemed like more of a dough. A different texture compared to others we have had elsewhere. Overall. Would definitely go back."
