"Horrible service they reschedule my delivery when they never knocked. After they called me to see if I was home I called them 7 min later and they said it was too late to deliver. They rather drive another day and waste 30 min drive time and gas than get it done when they are in my block. Makes no business sense this is what’s bad with workers now a days I called to see if we can get it delivered they said if the delivery driver feels like it he can turn around if not they can’t force them. Horrible service. Why say it’s up to the driver if he wants to or not. Reading their reviews I see a pattern they say they will be here and they never knock. They back up their no delivery lies by saying they knocked when they never nocked. Anyone can take a picture of the outside door and say they knocked to go home early. Same issue I have is what other people have."

"I ordered a couch from Amazon and was a little worried about how it would be delivered, considering I live in Kingman, AZ. The delivery crew called about 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Once they arrived, it was smooth sailing. The two gentleman were careful with the large box and made it through our fence opening and the front door, without hitting anything! I was pretty impressed with how smooth everything went and you could tell they were professionals. All in all I would definitely use this company again and I hope to when I order the loveseat. "The delivery was quick and easy. They arrived at 8:30am which was within the delivery estimate. I received adequate delivery info prior to the delivery. The two guys put my boxed sofa into my living room where I asked and that was it. I unboxed the sofa, put on the legs and everything was perfect with it.
