"What to say what to say… I know. 5 stars. Hard to believe right? You probably think this is just some automated post to lure drivers in… NOPE! This is a real review from a very REAL driver. A 1,000,000 mile driver too… I have worked for this company for a while and I must say it’s really been great! Even on the bad days, I rather work here than a mega carrier! Instead of being a W-2 employee, you work as a 1099 contractor. Just something to keep in mind if you wish to join here, that means come tax time you’ll need a little money set to the side to pay taxes and a tax person to help you out if you can. Now. What about miles and where you drive? You get almost 3,000 a week. Yes. 3,000. Sometimes 2,500 depending what the freight market is like and how quick (and safely) you hustle, but still! Plenty of miles to keep you going and earning $$$$! I also suggest you bring a trucker GPS and Atlas. It will help here. We do all 48 states. The people. That’s an important one. The 3 people that manage the company are really good to me. They have always paid me right on time and reimbursed me when I needed supplies or tolls on the road. They have also gotten me to all my home time destinations without fail! They have sent me to all corners of the nation, from my home state of NY to my friends up in WA to my family in TN and CA! The rules for hometime are usually: 4 weeks on, 4 days off. So depending how many weeks you stay out on the road, you can usually get 4-5 days off. 6 if you make sure to talk to dispatch in advance in case you need some extra time. Equipment! Can’t drive without a good truck to drive! When I joined, I was given a brand spanking new 2024 Freightliner! I put a TON of miles on that thing and it’s still running smoothly, keeping my wheels turning so I can keep earning! The trucks are leased through Penske and fuel and repairs are taken care of thanks to Penske and dispatch. Logs are done on your phone with an app called Motive (it was originally called Keep Truckin). It connects to a ELD box in your truck via Bluetooth. Really easy to use! So there you have it. I believe I covered most of the basics. So if you are looking to learn some new things and become a better driver? SOLID is the place to come and work! "So I worked for these company for 3 weeks Marko the owner refuses to pay me. Don't work here you will be treated like a child. I told them from when I started I needed to go by Dallas for some medication 2 weeks go by and he kept sending to the same route so I told him what the deal was I had notified u with plenty of time, at this time I was in Denver he was sending me to billing so he calls me and asking me what kind of medication it was I told him it was noones business but mine he say ok hangs up than calls me back and asked if I was drinking . We got in an argument than next day I went for pick up and it was delayed we get in another argument he tells me come empty to Vegas so I do and they hold a week pay so when I got to Vegas I still had not seen a check I empty truck turn the keys in expecting my pay that Friday when I was supposed to get paid he calls me and says the truck had weed order and says go take a drug test this is after I don't work for him and I don't smoke weed especially in a commercial vehicle. I told him no not wanting my time we had no more ties except my paycheck so these guy refused to pay me I do smoke cigarettes he has someone serious issues. I will be filing legal papers he can't make up rules as he goes he said he was going to penalize for no 2 week notice and fuel he can't admit when he's wrong. All I was respectful am not perfect I had my demons in the past and for him to be assuming stuff is horrible especially pay I have no money in the streets of Vegas my phone has been shut off all because of these guy. I do wish him the best much love because he need it. I forgive but will not forget. Am coming for mine."

"I was struggling to back into a dock at a shipper today, and the sweet helpful man in truck number 324741 got out of his truck and helped me blindside! That may have not meant much to him, but it was EVERYTHING to me! Thank you Sir!"
