I now have to take to the state and Iowa bar for complaints of ethics or errors in procedure with phrases terms neglect etc..complaints about the judge himself who allowedmeegan to excuse herself from properly defending me as an assigned client. Only a couple months later. I wasn't notified I even had a court date given no paperwork or summons. The filing officers or town mishandled my papers and did not notify me of any court proceedings. Either way the chief of police admitted his officer was negligent with handling and serving any papers to me. That is a grounds for dismissal. I've had to beg her to even represent me and even still she refuses to give me any ideas of her outcome or her ideas of how she plans to proceed with details for my proper defense lacking."
