"I recently had a great experience with Rhett. He was extremely patient, answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy at all. Additionally, Matt (the sales manager) came over to greet me and they both spent the time getting to know me - not my wallet. Being a young professional, most salesmen tend to not take me seriously, which is not what I experienced here. Unfortunately, due to the current incentives, we were not able to agree on pricing but they still treated me with respect. Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to purchase/lease several cars and I haven't had this high level of an experience. Dreamer with a Bimmer:

"Well they seem like an okay place, the first time I called, the first guy was straight to the point which was good but then I called again same day and talked to Tim, he was straight to the point but he also had what I'm going to call a curious personality which kind of made it easier for me since I was nervous about letting other people work on my car in the first place. Now my car is at the dealer for recalls, I wanted to have my key fob programmed, they can't because it's from eBay which I did not know and for a new one to be programmed is $450 which is ridiculous for any car, especially one that is 13+ years old. They also wanted to charge $150 to diagnose my radio and even more to fix it. Yes the service seems okay, but the prices are ridiculous. So overall its a good dealership and the people seem great but prices are insane."
