We agreed to 112 dollar price over the phone to diagnose a check engine light on my Mercedes sprinter van and when I got there they were able to clear the codes and since there was no service needed at this time they didn't charge me even though I had already agreed to give them 112 dollars. I recently had my vehicle in for some unexpected repairs and they were very understanding when my warranty company tried and succeeded in playing hardball. They assisted me in communicating with them and making sure I wasn’t getting the short end of the stick. They were gracious in getting me anything I needed and within a reasonable amount of time. Even though they’re slammed (which is obvious by the constant amount of cars in their lot), they had my car in and out within a day and a half. I won’t say I’m excited to go back, because that means $$$ are being spent, but I will certainly be a loyal and returning customer."
