"Brokedown in Chilton,IA. Had another provider come out to replace "hot" battery. He failed to connect lead to battery. Had to stay another night. Called Absolute. Within minutes of arrival Cameron/ service technician identified problem. Up and running in minutes. Should have called first. 5 stars"

"I took my truck with a DEF code for repair, they said that the problem was due to wiring problems, they changed a DEF harness and the DEF pump, the DEF pump was installed on a cracked bracket, the mechanic never informed of the issue and he put some pieces of styrofoam to secure the DEF pump. When I was in Maryland I started to get a code again and had to be towed to another shop with the same issue. Upon contacting Absolute Repair they denied any wrong doing and didn’t try help me out with the repair bill to correct the problem caused by their negligence"
