"My husband and I would like to give a huge shoutout to the guys at O'Reilly here in Perry. Many of us were unpleasantly surprised with battery issues due to the extreme cold this last weekend, and our VW is never a simple fix when it comes to "easy" issues like needing a new battery. They provided fantastic customer service and went above and beyond to help us figure out a way to not only find a replacement battery but a way to get the replacement battery installed without screwing up the computer in the VW. We really appreciate the willingness to help, the grace to not to push us into a decision, and the knowledge and experience to get the best item for the situation. Thank you guys!"

"After multiple times going in Trent is typically the only person I see working in the store, his service is 5 stars but since hes the only one I see actually do his job in the afternoon its 2 stars as a whole for the store, employees need to take less breaks or something"
"Came here to change our sons brakes on his car. Decided to wait and purchase them there in Perry. Called day before and was told they would have them for us that next morning. We drove 2 hours and when we got there they didn’t have them. We were in a time crunch to get them done. Waited over two hours and called them back and still didn’t have them. They finally sent someone from the store to get them which was over another hour. They were not apologetic at all and joked around about how long it was taking. Never offered a discount for wasting our time. Next time will go to NAPA auto if we need something."
