"I would not recommend this place for your auto detailing. I’m going to begin by saying this was my first detailing service, so I didn’t even really know what to expect. However, I thought getting your car detailed meant they would go above & beyond and do the things you don’t do when you wash your car yourself. I was underwhelmed with both the interior and the exterior work they did. The chrome letting on the outside had dirt around each letter still. The grill had not been wiped in between the “teeth” of the grill. Also, the door jams still had visible dirt and had not been wiped down. As far as the inside goes, whatever spray they use on the plastic pieces had been sprayed everywhere, but not wiped. So everything was greasy and I had to wipe everything down when I got home. My rear view mirror was blurry…. again I wiped that down when I got home. My leather seats had not been steamed OR wiped as I still saw a small coffee drop on my passenger seat that I know was there before I brought it in. And whatever products they use smell TERRIBLE! I had to leave my windows down for a couple days to air it out. The smell has since gone away thank goodness! Lastly…. I mentioned all this to Deb who works there, didn’t get an apology of any sort. Kinda seemed unphased by what I was telling her. She said she was going to let someone know and they would be contacting me. 3 weeks later I’ve not heard from anyone. So here we are!"

"Most recently, we had both of our vehicles (truck & sedan) in for a full detail. We tried the pickup/drop off service being offered, and it was a great first experience. Both vehicles were long overdue for a deep clean and shine. My truck needed some extra attention on the interior (kids and cloth seats) and the “Clean Team” knocked it out of the park. We’ve had our vehicles detailed here before and continue to go back due to the way they make a vehicle look better than factory fresh again!
