Pizza Hut

"Arrived to pick up my pizza and had to wait even though I had placed the order hours before and selected pick up time. When I opened the box to check the pizza, there were five huge bubbles on the pizza. When I told the gentleman that it was unacceptable, he slid the pizza away disgustedly and said, "I'll remake it". It was supposed to be a pan pizza with extra cheese. It was neither a pan and no extra cheese. Half of the other pizza was more than done, no extra cheese. The explanation I received was, it's a new employee being trained. It's hard to train someone when you're constantly going from the back to front. At one time there were five people waiting. The gentleman did send the bubbled pizza with me as well...not sure why, but thanked him anyway. I'm about done with Pizza Hut."

"I haven't had a pan pizza in ages. It was a real treat. Delicious. Like everyone else, they are short staffed; but worth the wait. Be patient & enjoy the quiet wait for that pizza."

"Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was extremely good and piping hot. Building was also clean and well kept. Will definitely be ordering from this pizza hut again in the near future!"

"Terrible all around. Ordered at 11:06 p.m. all I ordered were wings. At 11:56 I called and asked where my wings were and a man named Dave told me they were on their way. By 1 a.m. I figured I wasn't getting my wings. Called this morning amd talked someone named Trish. I asked for a manager and she didn't confirm or deny that she was one and continued to handle my issue. I tried to explained what happened and she told me that I ordered at closing time like that explained it, I asked for a manager again and she said she was a supervisor, I asked for someone higher and she said rudely, "ma'am I told you I was a supervisor." And then tells me I canceled the order, I'm frustrated and try to explain that I didn't and she continues to Interupt me and argue that I'm yelling at her. And I just keep asking to talk to someone else. That's all I was saying at the end and finally she transfers me. I'm sorry if that was stressful for her, but if you can't handle an upset customer (I started out reasonable, but she only had arguments and no intention on helping me which is why I kept asking for someone else) then don't work in food service. Also if I'm not allowed to order an hour before you close that should be a policy. "You ordered at closing time" I ordered at 11:06 and you close at 12:00. Terrible place. Trish is terrible. Trish go work in an office."

"I ordered pizza and two sets of wings, one boneless and one traditional, both with medium buffalo sauce. They gave me two sets of naked, boneless wings. No sauce, and charged me the higher fee for the traditional wings. I was transferred to the manager's phone at their location, but I have been on hold for over 50 minutes with nothing to indicate they will even answer the call. I then called Pizza Hut customer service, who said it would take 1-3 days for a report of this to be looked at before I could potentially get a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service at the Ames location and poor customer service for their national line."
