"Guy charged me for a 25" uhaul and 3 days of use, but only put a 15" uhaul and 1 day rental on the books. Pocketed most of the money, then demanded even more!! He's a crook"
"The location is great for rural Iowa and the staff was very friendly. However, we received the truck with the floor mats covered in road grime from the last user. Additionally, both windshield wipers were broken and the truck was a 1/2 gallon low on coolant. We had to spend our own personal time & money just to be road-worthy. Throughout the journey, cab leaked water onto driver and had to be sealed with paper towels every couple hours for 3 days. Very disappointing after spending $2000+ on this unit. Would like to see vehicles reviewed a little closer before leasing to another user, especially at the prices charged."
"Beware!!!!!!! This U-Haul is run by the Denison inn suites. They will charge you extra and when you confront them about it, they don’t know anything about it. Shady place. I don’t recommend it."
