"I would give you zero Stars you let bike back last you let cops racing up and down the highway can't believe you cut my lock off my bike just for the BB'S and I know it was you I got a proof that the old lady is the one that called the cops out at Walmart and I have to pay a $0.51 fee every time shop at Walmart because you told them it was bomb you just did not like my having one of your's outlaw bikes PS he is a nice guy most of the time but just don't have something that he wants to have because he likes to play games until he gets what he wants"

"I was about 3.5 hours into a 4 hour trip north when my vehicle decided to not work. I had my dog with me, and was also having some serious back issues (sciatica) on top of now needing a tow. When the driver arrived, I stepped out to speak to him & my back seized up- I almost fell to the ground it hurt so bad. I apologized profusely through the pain and went around behind my vehicle to work out the betrayal my body had just bestowed upon me, embarrassed & worried the driver was thinking I was crazy. He was non-judgemental, made sure I was okay, and went about towing my vehicle without a worry. I’m so mad at myself for not getting his name, because I would love to give him a specific shout out. He was so kind and we chatted about sciatic issues on the way to the mechanic. Once we got there he guided me in and helped me find the people I needed to talk to. I cannot thank him enough for the help and kindness he showed in such a stressful time. I can’t speak to all their tow operators, but 20/10 would recommend if you get that one guy."

"They were very good and polite when ever I would call to see about picking up a vehicle that was involved In a head on collision don't know if there's any other tow service in Deniso Iowa area but it there is don't worry cause you better call this one they can't be beat!!!!"

"My vehicle was towed by this company after my spouse passed away in a car accident. The owner of this company had no compassion. I had difficulty paying for the tow, which I was more than willing to pay. I just needed some time to figure out how. During my time of grief, the owner was more concerned with complaining about having to do his job and the weather conditions that morning. The owner even went as far as to call my belongings ledt in the vehicle after the after the accident "trash". Steer clear of these people if at all cost. They only care about their money and will make rude and disrespectful comments. That being said, the owners wife was a lovely lady. She was nice and understanding during my time of grief. Her husband was the final say in all decisions. He alone should never get any business again because of the way he will treat a vulnerable person."
