"We ordered carry-out midday and scheduled the pick-up for 5:00. Late afternoon, I received a text saying our pizza would be ready at 5:30. Ordered 4 different pizzas, and all were delicious. The Crab Rangoon Pizza is absolutely amazing! The problem was we ordered 4 pizzas and only received 3. The girl apologized and said they would have it out in 10-15 minutes. I took everyone else home and returned 20 minutes later. They forgot to put it in AGAIN! I stayed this time and waited another 20 minutes. When you pay over $100 for 4 pizzas, you expect better service. When we first arrived, I wondered why they weren't very busy on a Saturday night. We found out the hard way!"
"Can't really comment on the atmosphere, but they took care of me quick when I did a curbside pickup. However, the spaghetti and meatballs were completely underwhelming for the price. There was a giant serving of spaghetti, but only 4 meatballs. The spaghetti and sauce was average, nothing great or bad about them. However, the meatballs tasted like that were frozen, and when I tasted gristle in one of the meatballs I gave up on the whole thing. I know it's tough to find good Italian food in Omaha, Nebraska, but for 17 dollars I expected more."
"Tonight was my first time eating here and it won't be my last. The food was amazing. The service was outstanding. I would highly recommend trying this place out."
"We had the buffet. Great price and hot food. My daughter ordered butter noodles. It took a little longer than expected to come out, but the food was warm and great!"
"Consistency is becoming an issue. Tonight ordered a 12" keto pizza with pepperoni which was good. The 14" thin crust however was a half/half pizza and was incorrect as well as tasteless. For a $25 pizza would at least like to be able to taste the cream cheese/Alfredo base which was practically non-existent. Both pizzas, over $50, were super lightweight. In addition, the curbside take out area is packed and some cars are helped before others. I was not the only person going in for pick up. Update: Already received a call from the GM as she was concerned about our experience. It's only been 2 hours since I picked up the food, lol. It's obvious in talking with her that ensuring customer satisfaction is important and I truly appreciate that. We will give Copps another chance thanks to that phone call."
