Domino's Pizza

"I had an issue with my order and Stephen fixed it right away for me. I appreciate the timeliness and customer service displayed during my dilemma! I will absolutely return for more orders."

"Ordered ahead of time to pick up in store. Saw it was a 45 minute wait and showed up 50 minutes later to ensure it was done. I stood in the store for an hour and 10 minutes after that. I watched employees take personal calls and texts, touch their face and mouths and then go back to making pizza without washing hands (gross). My final straw was when the donut girls came over and the employees were quick to make their food. Mine you ask??? 2 hours later they hadn’t started. When I went up to tell them I wanted a refund the uncleanly employee told me “sorry I don’t think they are the brightest people” as he was referring to fellow employees. This location needs a better manager. How embarrassing to have a store function so poorly. Normally I wouldn’t be a Karen but this is unacceptable and the state should be called on your cleanliness practices. To anyone thinking of ordering, theres a better pizza shop with better customer service in the shopping center are next-door."

"Ok so I have had my share of issues with this location. I have been put on the "Don't take her order" list, and have had my share of phone calls with the staff. I have had to call corporate and have even had conversations with the owner. This is the only pizza place by us that delivers and is open late. My review is a 50/50 with this place. HOWEVER.... tonight we placed a order for delivery and almost 30 minutes later my order was cancelled!! I called a couple of times and got no answer. Then I tried one last time. It was midnight by now. The manager answered the phone stressing out because his only 2 drivers called in sick!! So he had to cancel every delivery order. The manager was so nice that even being by himself at the store he still wanted to make our pizzas so we decided to pick them up. He did such a great job my husband came home feeling so bad for this young man having to clean up the pizza mess by himself and doing everything alone he almost wanted to go back and help him clean it up. We to work in the restaurant industry so we know what it feels like to not have the help. With that being said, our times are tough and no one wants to work. The quality of food is poor at best anymore, but with the few employees we do have willing to go above and beyond do deserve kindness and be patient with the ones who are trying to help us eat. Thank you to the manager tonight you rock!!!"

"Order a few pizzas for take out from this location, since our normal location was too busy. We got out pizzas faster, but likely figured out why. All Domino's are not created equal. Being a franchise, I expect the ingredients and cooking tools are the same, so the issue likely falls on poor management and training for staff. Our pizza had huge crust bubbles and the ingredients were not spread evenly. Sounds like similar issues for other people posting reviews. We won't be back anytime soon."

"Ordered online. Was ready 3 minutes before I arrived. Great! Sat in drive through for 10 min then decided to go in. Waited another 15 min and finally brought my order (remember it had been done for 25 min). Paid. Got home. Ordered parm chicken bites and ended up with a pepperoni stuffed bread instead. No pop and no dipping cups. All had been paid for. I had to call them and they wanted me to drive all the way back. Uh no. Horrible service. No sense of urgency. Excuses for all the errors. Won't be returning. I'll take Little Ceasar's or Casey's any day over them. The poor guy in front of me had been there for an HOUR! Just say NO to this Domino's!"
