Bell Airport Shuttle

"Very unreliable - We booked a transfer through British Airways - we managed to find the pick up on arrival very easily, they confirmed the departure time for the pick up. However, the departure pickup never arrived, and we almost missed our flight. On our way to the airport, the taxi driver mentioned that this happens quite often. Finding a taxi or an Uber is quite easy, choosing a transfer with Bell might cause you to miss your flight."

"I've used Bell a few times in Vegas and it never disappoints. The attendant caught a flaw i made in my pick up time. She fixed it quickly so i wouldn't miss my flight. Our shuttle dropped us at Linq in the ride share shuttle zone and instructed us to return to this spot for pick up. Crystal clear instructions and we had zero problems. Perfect for 3 of us and our luggage"

"We pre-reserved reservations both to and from the airport to our hotel, while the directions seemed fairly clear from their email---we found that following them and getting service was much more difficult. We had difficulty locating the correct pickup point and time on both ends of our trip, we attempted to contact Bell Limo with no success both through the telephone and on the app to gain assistance once we had difficulty with the initial pickup. We also attempted to utilize the hotel concierge, however they stated this was a contracted service and had very little info for us. I attempted to contact Bell after the fact, they simply stated I was a no show and quoted their terms and conditions. Overall, I would just take an uber, taxi, or any other immediately available service for both your time, money, and ease of mind."

"Very straightforward and easily accessible. Fortunately I landed at Terminal 1 and I was directed to the Bell kiosk and paid $15 for a shuttle ride to the Stratosphere(at the end of the strip). My driver Craig was super accommodating, welcoming, and hilarious! The entire drive was smooth and time efficient, I loved the fact that Craig gave suggestions and recommendations to go to Fremont Street in Downtown Vegas! Will definitely be using the shuttle the next time I visit Vegas!"

"Had a pretty good experience. I’ve used this shuttle service on two different trips over the years to Vegas. The most recent trip we had last weekend was great. Shuttle drivers were courteous and helped with luggage. On time. Shuttles were clean inside. Our driver Roberto on the trip to the airport from Planet Hollywood was great. Called to say he was on the way and was extremely kind. we saw how went out of his way to help passengers and locate them outside their hotel in the dark early morning. sure the shuttle can take some time to get to and from your hotel, but if you’re prepared for that it’s no problem and great price."
