"Waved a taxi because it was raining not knowing there was an additional $15 for my 5 minute ride until I had reached my destination. We watched as the price went from $9 to $29 in just a few seconds from him stopping the car. Literally should've just walked in the rain than spent $30 for .02 miles. Ridiculous"

"We left a cell phone in a taxi. We called them to file a claim regarding the phone and was directed by a automated recording directing us to there lost and found claim on there website. I filed 2 claims with the company even stating the phone was pinged to there facility after returning home from out of state. Each time I filed a claim it stated that someone would be emailing/contacting us in a couple hours after investigating it. It’s been 3 days and no one has reached out to me. My bad that my phone dropped out of my pocket. However the communication from them is zero."
"They stole 200$ from my father who had recently suffered a stroke and so I'm extremely upset will be reporting them to better business bureau as well filing a police report and perhaps suing them. My dad's stuff was also stolen. I'm extremely hurt by this taxi. I called and called there is no one to talk to. Do no use this cab at all. They even took him somewhere else instead of his destination. DONT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!"
