"I can't rate the actual ride, cleanliness of car, or the driver, because they literally never showed up. My daughter and I took a cab from our hotel to the nearest grocery store, and that was easy and fine. But when it came time to go home, we had to call for a cab because cabs don't just randomly swing by grocery stores. I called Nellis, and they said a cab would be there in 10-15 minutes and would call when arriving. Finally after 50 minutes we ordered a Lyft, which was there in 5 minutes. I eventually got a call 3 hours later from the cab company, telling me our ride was at the curb of the grocery store. Never mind that it was past 10 pm by that point, and the store was likely closed. I'd give 0 stars if I could."

"FYI. I was picked up at the Las Vegas Airport 1/24/2024 by cab number# 768 Driver # 119399. Do not get in this vehicle with that driver. He wax awful. Driving like a damn manic. Swerving in and out of traffic, darting across numerous lanes of traffic to throw on the brakes. Slinging me and my carryon bag back and forth and side to side on the back seat. I did ask him a few times to slow down. Damn guy cant understand or speak English."

"This company and Western cab are the same company with the same owner and the same person answering the phone. I called and scheduled a pickup for which I was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes before the driver would arrive. After an hour I called the number back and asked if my driver would be arriving soon. The gentleman who answered the phone said he had just come onto his shift but that he had nothing on the board. He asked for the address and when I gave it he knew exactly who I was and said he would have to reschedule the pickup. When I went to ask what had happened or how long it might be this time he hung up on me. How very rude. I'm calling another cab company."

"I would also leave a 0 if I could. The only reason I took a cab to my hotel from the airport, was because there was a line up and people guiding me there. I thought it would be easy. The taxi driver asked where I was going. I said, “Tropicana but I need to check the address.” I was trying to find it on my phone. The taxi driver was very inpatient and immediately said, “Tropicana I know where that is.” I tried again and said, “Well I have the address.” She said, I don’t need an address I know. I naively thought, “good driver, she knows their city.” She took me to the wrong place and charged me $30. I completed the transaction before getting out of the cab.. then realized she didn’t take me to the correct spot. This bug eyed driver was extremely rude. Said I would have to pay more to get to where I wanted to go.. terrible. Use Uber! Unfortunately, this review probably won’t help. Anyone who doesn’t “know” is just gonna see the line of taxis and they will get business. Terrible Terrible experience. This all happened after a late flight around 1130 p.m. on Sunday 11/12."

"If I can leave 0 stars that's what I would leave. I frequent vegas often and I'm no stranger when it comes to the flat fees from airport to hotel as it's my preferred way of travel when I arrive in Vegas. I got into my cab and my hotel was located in Zone 3 which is $28. The driver hit the freeway, no traffic and smooth sailing (for once!) Well I kept seeing the meter go up and up when I arrived my taxi fee was $38.50. Remind you I'm literally sitting behind his seat where the paper is held of the fare fees to and from the airport. He told me he took the freeway and that's why it's the price is it and it's cash price and I told him I wasn't paying with cash, I wanted to pay with card and continued to argue and he reaches out to dispatch while he requests the price he than tells me it's the police.... I told him I'm not not fool and it's his dispatch. His dispatch is unable to understand him and calls. She states it's $30. He tries to tell me the $8.50 is his tip... My card literally was ran for $41.61 how does a $28 trip turn into a $41.61 trip... WITH NO TIP BY THE WAY! SCAMM ARTISTS. I called to make a complaint to see if they would make it right and there is no supervisor I can talk too.. Avoid this company at all cost... They want your money and don't do honest work and I'm waiting for a call back to file a complaint to the NV Taxi Authority."
