"First American Title was the worst professional services provider I've ever worked with. The forms we were instructed to sign during a property purchase transaction were incomplete, incorrect, missing information, and in at least two cases were missing signatures from the Seller. Our agent either ignored our requests for information or provided us with incomplete or incorrect answers. In most cases, our agent did not know how to respond to our questions. This was an awful experience being forced to work with First American Title, since we had no choice in the matter. This was our second experience with First American Title and was consistent with the first experience, which was also terrible."
