"CASH ONLY but it's the best work I've ever had done! My old, stiff cowboy boots were brought back to life and they fixed a rip in my leather jacket that I was ready to throw out. This is one of those places that's well off the beaten path and not open late but it's worth it to go to them."

"My wife had some heels that needed repaired. I brought them in, and they were fixed within ten minutes. Great service. I only take one star off because this business is cash only (not sure if they take checks), and since I didn’t have cash, I had to run and get some in order to pay. This is the only business I’ve visited that doesn’t take cards here in Hawaii. Maybe there are more but thankfully I haven’t found them. All in all, would recommend and would return, with my cash ready."
"Did not have an ideal experience. I asked for clean up, polish, and something to manage the wear on the heels, said I wanted his top service. Got it back just as dirty as when I left them with a poor polish job. Glue was stuck on the back and got some new scratches to boot. When I asked about the service and pointed at the dirty spots the gentleman said I would have to live with some of the stains but was kind enough to offer a polish if I left the shoes. Sadly the shoes have been there over a week and couldn't afford to take them up on their offer. I'm not sure I could recommend this place or would go back given this experience but the other reviewers seem to have better luck."
"I had a rather special request to increase the heel height for my weightlifting shoes by 0.75 inches. I was quoted roughly $75 for the job and was told I could pick them up in one week. When I returned to pick up my shoes, Jen was kind enough to run them out to me so I wouldn't have to worry about finding parking (which was super helpful). Overall, I am very pleased with the high quality of work that I received. The shop is clean and organized, the customer service is friendly, and I will absolutely return again the next time I need a cobbler. Outstanding work, George. Thank you!"
