"I like this In-Shape location because of 3 main reasons ~ 1) It's clean and very well maintained 2) Kids club staff and activities are amazing 3) Group fitness classes offer a variety and are really great overall I enjoy this location mostly for the indoor pool and jacuzzi and the group fitness classes ~ would definitely recommend to friends and family in town!"

"really enjoy working out here. From the moment I walk in the door, it feels like home. The gym is laid out very nicely and there is something for everyone no matter your age, size or where you are in your fitness journey. I especially enjoy the Zumba classes that this gym offers. Your instructors are awesome, and they always push you to be your best. Thank you to Liza, Jenny, KP, Rosemary and Jennifer who are all excellent instructors. And finally I have to acknowledge Sharol who always greets the members, is super friendly and knowledgeable about everything going on in the club. She is an excellent employee but an even better person."

"The vibe is off and the equipments anre out of date. The bathroom stalls r too small. I always have to squeeze into the stall and I barely weight 125lb"

"Overall a good place to workout I have not Been in all the facilities and only visited one two years ago so things may have changed since. I will may not return because it does not accommodate me in certain areas. Would be nice to have a spot to relax at as well as workout and tanning is always nice for me. The staff was very courteous and a pleasure to do business with."
