"I am reviewing this product instead of my husband to give the female point of view. This product arrived as promised without any damage as it was packaged very well. In its rolled up condition it weighs about 120#. We meaning me were able to lift it only so far as I did not have enough umph to get it higher than my shoulders. I called a friend and he and my husband placed the cover without any problem. The cover rolls exactly as stated. I can open the cover solo without any issues, the weight is not a problem. Which is great because I use the Swimspa the most. The cover domes as you can see in the photos. This allows the water temperature to remain constant as well as my chemical levels. Also, my tablet floater moves freely without getting trapped under the typical flat multi pieced cover. Our only regret is that we didn't purchase a year ago when we first discovered this cover. It is an investment but one that I believe we will be happy with for the long run."

"They were very nice when I purchased it....we had it delivered, however our swim spa was never made for us due to covid so we had to change course but we still have this unopened swim spa cover. They wouldn't let me return it after calling multiple times, now I still have a 13ft swim spa cover 160 x 92in cover and am out 2000!! Still need help getting this off our hands!"

"My experience with the end to end pool cover company was fantastic. Our communication was a little bit off in the beginning. They sent out the wrong size cover. It was too long. I told him that I could make do with that cover I just wanted to let them know that, it didn’t fit exact properly. They told me that they wanted me to have the correct cover. No questions asked, they sent me a new cover that fits like a glove. I installed it after taking the old one off and put it in a return container. It functions beautifully, it’s easy to use and it’s just perfect for my application."

"I was very excited to get this cover. I was told they were easy and would last a long time. The first months were okay, but after that the stainless steel fasteners started to rust. I live in Ca. so the weather has been mild, I use my swimspa almost everyday. I take very good care of it. Through the person we bought it from, they finally contacted end2end and they sent us some new fasteners. We had to replace almost all of them. I got a lot of literature from end2end, they said they use quality priducts and sometimes this happens. This cover is a lot of work, would recommend you don't buy it."
