"We have been so impressed by Flavio’s work on our deck. He and his associate (also Flavio!) did the demo/removal of the old wooden deck and installed TREX decking for our 480 sq ft patio. The soundness of the sub-structure was impressive, and Flavio had spot-on artistic suggestions including the picture frame accent color as well as two parallel pony tables that he installed as a bonus add-on! The deck turned out beautiful and the whole project (including installation of a 220 outlet for our e-vehicle) only took 2.5 weeks! "Bathroom repair and renovation just finished today and we are pleased with the final results particularly with the tile and drywall. We've seen work by other so-called professional contractors that weren't much better than handyman or DIY quality. Phoenix is of the craftsman level. We had solicited several bids and they were not the lowest. But there is often a danger in picking the cheapest. With regard to professionalism, they politely accommodated our mini change orders. Our house is aging and we expect to be hiring them again in the years to come."

"SANTA CLAUS CAME IN NOVEMBER! Flavio’s work was incredible! Our large deck and 3 flights of stairs to our pool were old and needed to be replaced. His professionalism and attention to detail impressed me again and again throughout the job. He widened all the stairs because new code required it. He put roofing material under bottom steps to prevent rain from soaking into Trex steps. He worked under the old deck and put sister boards next to old damaged boards. He also sprayed for termite and ant protection.on all the support boards under old deck. Any preexisting post in lanai railing he tested and replaced where needed. Sanded our two front entry doors and stained them as well as adding a small board on bottom of each door to extend the height of the door. He took care of little “extras” like buying product and installing to keep birds from nesting. Helped repair a window, bought and installed a lock on front door. Always cleaned up at end of each work day. And to all of this, he’s a kind good natured guy! A blessing beyond words!"
