"Easy peasy! I just paid over the phone and there was a lock provided in the unit, plenty of trolleys to load stuff on so everything was stored in 1 trip up the elevator. Didn't have to do a meet n greet with anybody I just had a gate code and what unit was mine ready to go. Stays open until 10pm- the last time I needed to use a different storage place years ago the gates closed just after sunset at 7 which kinda sucked to have so short a window for accessing your belongings as needed so this is super convenient. Would recommend for sure thanks Extra Space!"
"From the customer service representative Josh to the on-site staff Frank and Jake, they were all very helpful from the start. Frank and Jake took the initiative to follow-up with me within minutes of opening the account and then a week after. Opening an account with Extra Space Storage and accessing my storage unit is as simple and easy as it gets. Another plus for me is that the facility has utility carts available for use."
"Had the pleasure to meet the team on duty today Jacques, Mike and Ashley. I was greeted by Ashley who assisted me on her lunch and Jacques came to show me the unit I inquired about. The facility was nice and clean and the customer service was a 20/10. Mike however didn’t assist me, but has the customer service of a salesman at a luxury car dealer. I would recommend if you need help don’t hesitate to reach out to Extra Space Storage of Kihei. Thanks again Guys for all of your help!"
"Well managed, clean facility. Have had several units here and all were very good. Happy repeat customer. Recommend to see the location before renting, just to know how to access and see the door location for loading and unloading."
