"You need to fix the 15' truck. The engine check light is on and the fan belt is crying and oil alert is on. I was so afraid to use it. It was a worst experience. Also I filled the gas as same level when I checked out, but they charged fuel fee (5 gallon) . I needed to go to the shop and showed the picture I took to prove. It was wasting my time. Very bad!!"
"This is a very busy place. Which tells you something about it. They're doing something correct. Is it pricing is it customer service. Regardless I've never been there there wasn't someone new coming in for rental I'll be a storage or a vehicle. They're very polite and they are very helpful. The other way to make sure you understand everything. I think all of us have a love-hate relationship with storage places but I would recommend this."
