"Amazing experience! Non-native people are welcome, it's a very cool event and a great family activity. A few tips. When you get the look around you, literally no one is on their phone. They aren't posting to social media, they aren't taking pictures of their food. They are there, in the moment with the people around them. Try and follow their example. Second, bring cash because very few booths take credit cards. There you go, have fun!"

"Part of my heritage is Apache (navaho/hope) arizona/new Mexico. Sharing the beautiful dancing, in their native dress of the eagle, bear, etc with my very young grandchildren was enlightening. My family traveled to 4 corners for the Large pow wow's every year for about 10 yrs. I am new to Nevada and I hope to discover and attend more native American celebrations."
