"I have to say that for me, this was a total waste of time. From my experience I am shocked that the reviews are as good as they are. For approx. 6 months I have been with this company. I have never had them call, email, or anything with updates or questions about my Tesla phantom breaking issue except maybe a couple of emails in the first week or two. Every time I talked to them its because I contacted them. In December I was promised by the lead legal assistant that she would check on my case and get back to me before Christmas. They never called. Then after the first of the year I sent her an email and she replied that she should know by the first of February and would let me know. Of course again, I never heard back. So yesterday, I sent her an email and she replied that Tesla is doing nothing. There was no communication or questions from me. I dont know how you can expect to win a case this way but anyway I will move on hopefully to a company that actually cares.
