"Old dude behind the counter needs a different job, he's clearly miserable and taking it out on customers. Besides him it wouldn't of been a bad time but the constant unwelcomness really takes away from the experience."
"They have good food in their Cafè and the bar staff is nice. The older gentleman that works at the counter in the actual bowling alley could be a but friendlier/helpful though."

"Grumpy old man at desk refused to give me an 8 pound ball (I'm little). He pointed to the rules for using bumpers. I didn't ask to use the bumpers. I just needed a lighter ball. This is just one example of the poor service we received. As we were leaving he told us we didn't need to come back. No surprise we won't."
