"Oh the timeless nostalgia of it all."
"This is a nice stop on BLM for camping. It is close to gas stations, and a bit past those is the town of Yerington. There is nothing here, but there is a rest stop past the Golden Gate that has a dump station. Just a warning the roads aren't maintained, and there are some bumps and holes. If you're coming in with a trailer, you will want to watch your angels. It popped our cover lid off the end of our hook-up when it scrapped the ground coming in. It can also be loud at night. As there are drying sheds across the way that have loud fans and you can hear the traffic from the highway."
