"He is very hard to get ahold of and seems like he is not helping anyone but hiself.i pray it is not the case but things aren't looking good. I'll charge my my rating if it I'm wrong but we are almost done and after paying we get a notice of trustees sale when we were under the impression that we had to wait till our home was transferred into our name to start our part of the responsibility to the property. Wood never keeps us informed about nothing either he has to know something please don't fall for this trap!!!I my case was with christopher wood directly over mother passing away and getting her property transfered to only child.papers we received is saying we are going to be evicted .or we will have to bid on our property."
"Communication for about a month "was" good with Laura Sanchez but after all other meetings, communication, and status update was so unprofessional that I wanted to find another law group. Took days/weeks to get a response to my questions via email or phone; a week via text. Gotten no response from her when reaching out to confirm court dates and when she did, she talked to me like a child. Never apologize for being late to several meetings or even acknowledge me. When I finally had enough and started how unprofessional she's been, she told me (client) that I was banned from the office after they got paid. I reached out to the News station b/c it got so bad. It took five phone calls to resolve the issue w/o her. Case closed, amen."
