"Store has an overwhelming amount of high quality rugs to choose from. Service has a lot to be desired. The front door is locked during business hours and you must pull a rope to ring a bell to enter (strange). Two different visits the same sells person acted annoyed to have customers and promptly told us he was closing soon (in an hour). One visit he requested we take our shoes off to enter, which is customary in Hawaii in homes yes, but not a business that just the week before we went in with shoes on. We will not be returning to purchase our rugs here."
