"Ethan was a thorough and attentive technician. He proactively asked about problem spots and suggested options on how to handle each issue while bringing up the pros and cons (e.g. we decided against rat traps and poison since we have chickens). He also found exterior ant hills to remove the source of the problem. When Ethan used a new gel bait, he explained how it worked and how to clean it off after a week. He also called in advance to check if he could arrive earlier than originally scheduled. We've been happy with the other technicians + the annual termite inspector for the past two years. Each one gives suggestions and tips based on what they see on what else we can do to minimize pests. I learn something new each time when we receive service. Thank you!"
