"Had a bad experience. I never leave reviews, but I just wanted others to know my experience for context. They might be good for tidying up but not cleaning thoroughly. I was out of town and she came to clean the house before my guest arrived. The guest cancelled after arriving because of cleanliness. I thought it might be an uptight guest being dramatic but when I got home I saw that it was definitely not professionally cleaned. I had no issue paying more if needed and even paid extra out of assuming she did a great job. Missed a lot of cleaning in the bathroom which is usually most important area, she put dirty sheets on the bed and a dirty comforter along with a few other issues. I reached out to Caroline and she said she would come back to fix the problem. She never showed up and then ghosted me completely, it’s been over a week and no response. Would have been nice to at least get an apology or explanation. She seemed nice and personable at first and even picked up some supplies prior, but then ended up not being courteous enough to get back to me with an apology or help remedy the issue."
