"When I heard dripping water coming from inside my electrical outlet I knew there was an issue! The building management sent over Premier Restoration Hawaii, and I was blessed to have Scotty as my rep. The initial day, Scotty explained what he was doing, which was setting up a dehumidifier +2 fans, and explained that he would check on me daily until the issue was resolved. Scotty did check in every day and even went so far as changing out one of the fans because it had gotten very loud and he knew I worked from home. Scotty was not only prompt and professional, but also showed such a high-level of expertise in identifying and efficiently fixing the issue. The communication throughout the process was excellent, as I mentioned with regular updates. I’m impressed with the quality of work and the level of communication that Scotty provided.
