"I needed to record a new deed because I got married and both my partner and I have some medical problems, meaning if one of us passed away, with the current title, our property would have to have been probated. Probate is a nightmare. I could not find an attorney would draft, get notarized and record the deed. HawaiiDeed was able do accommodate all of the above very quickly. "Update 10/11: the owner has offered to refund my spouse’s purchase of their services contingent on me removing my review. Really makes you question what other negative reviews they’ve seemingly paid off by refunds. Also, sending a form with numbers that tie to the same form is basic admin 101, not common revisions. Any legal firm employing basic quality controls should be able to catch instances where different pages of the same form do not tie to other pages of the exact same form. Again, buyer beware. Original Review- My spouse hired Hawaii Deed to transfer our timeshare out of my name and it has been a painful experience riddled with errors. Twice now Savannah has sent the deed/other forms over that had material errors on them (e.g., the consideration paid did not tie to the same form/other forms and our martial status was incorrect even though my spouse told Savannah we are married). I’m not sure what the issue might be, but it doesn’t appear that there is any quality control on their product. Buyer beware."

Although in the end I did not utilize their service ( through no fault of theirs) They provided great information and only charged me a modest fee for their research.
